Your tasks include
- Psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of our patients
- Conducting child and adolescent psychiatric assessments
- Psychoeducation, psychotherapy, and counseling of patients and their relatives across a broad diagnostic spectrum
- Opportunity to conduct group therapies
- Collaboration in a multidisciplinary team closely networked with external specialist agencies and taking case management responsibility
- Preparation of treatment documentation
- Ensuring outpatient emergency service in the form of regular on-call duties (weekdays, no nights)
- Supervision of staff
- Public relations work and participation in internal and external further education and training events as well as information events
You bring with you
- Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH or Swiss-recognized equivalent; for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG/MEBEKO) is required or you are close to completing the training
- High social competence and enthusiasm for commitment to individual patient needs
- Willingness for conceptual design and continuous development of the therapeutic offer
- Evidence-based working method, networked thinking, and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Independent and integrative working and leadership style
