In our Cargo Logistics Center Rothenburg, you are part of a family of 110 people. Right in the canton of Lucerne, you can expect generous infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.

Your tasks

Independent scheduling of national piece goods transports as well as partial and full loads, taking into account economic and ecological aspects
Central interface between sales, customers, and driving staff: ensuring smooth communication and optimal coordination
Personal support and competent advice on the phone
Management, route planning, and support of the driving staff
Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
Handling various administrative tasks in daily business

What you bring with you

Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
Several years of professional experience in transport is mandatory, ideally in the field of piece goods in Switzerland
Willingness to work shifts (between approx. 04:30 and 22:30)
High customer orientation, structured and efficient working style
Resilience, sense of responsibility, and confident appearance in a dynamic environment
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Good to very good PC skills
