Sativa has been committed to breeding, propagation, and marketing organic seeds for vegetables and grains since 1998. In our biodynamically managed nursery, we cultivate various seed crops on 12 hectares of open land and 3500 m2 of unheated greenhouses. We are looking for people who want to work together and long-term for organic seeds. To strengthen our cultivation team, we are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) for greenhouses (80-100% annual workload) Your tasks
In collaboration and coordination with the management of the entire nursery, you will be responsible for the cultivation in the greenhouses. Your area of responsibility includes, among other things:

In collaboration and coordination with the management of the entire nursery, you will be responsible for the cultivation in the greenhouses. Your area of responsibility includes, among other things:
- Soil cultivation, sowing, planting, and care of seed crops
- Harvesting and processing of the harvest
- Young plant cultivation, care of potted plants, and germination tests
- Maintenance of greenhouses and equipment
- Completed basic training in vegetable growing or agriculture
- Experience in organic vegetable growing and openness to biodynamic cultivation methods
- Precise, careful, and responsible working style
- Willingness to work flexible hours during the season
- German language skills, driving license B
