Production Employee in 3-Shift Operation 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Monitoring and control: You are responsible for monitoring, leading, and controlling our paper processing machines in 3-shift operation
• Process optimization: You perform process-defined settings and prepare work preparations to ensure smooth operation
• Support in setup processes: You support the setup processes and are responsible for ensuring that all necessary materials are available on time
• Error detection and correction: You detect errors early and, if necessary, initiate countermeasures to minimize production downtime
• Coordination of troubleshooting: You coordinate troubleshooting and work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime
• Quality control: You independently carry out quality controls according to specifications to ensure that our products meet the highest standards

Profile

• You have very good manual and technical skills
• A completed training as a machine operator or basic training in the mechanical/electrical field is an advantage
• Experience with 3- or 4-shift work is a requirement
• Proven experience as a production employee as well as in the tissue production sector is an advantage
• You have good knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written
• Independent and clean work is a matter of course for you
• Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility characterize you
• You are willing to work 3-/4-shift
