Assembly Supervisor Steel Construction (m/f)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and assertive personality who successfully leads our steel construction assemblies with organizational talent and leadership strength.
Your main tasks include:
- Independent organization of steel construction assemblies and leading a team of about 3-6 employees
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and occupational safety
- Responsible for documenting construction site progress and reporting daily reports
- Assembly of steel structures on construction sites
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training in construction or metalworking (e.g., metalworker, steel builder, or construction foreman), ideally with further training as foreman, site manager, or assembly supervisor
- Assertive personality with leadership experience on construction sites
- Organizational talent and high personal responsibility
- Resilient, flexible, and highly committed
