A focus of our work is the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365, where we help our clients revolutionize their business processes. We are looking for an experienced ERP Senior Project Manager to lead complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects and accompany our clients on the path to realizing their digital visions.
- You are responsible for the entire project planning and control and independently lead ERP implementations based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
- In doing so, you manage not only our clients but also the functional consultants as well as our developers (local & Shoring Center)
- As a coach and head of the project team, you organize training and support departments (e.g., SCM, Finance) in defining, designing, and implementing integrated ERP solutions
- You monitor and manage project goals (budget, deadlines, quality)
- You provide presales support and take over the leadership of offers
- Pioneering activities in sales and business development in this area to become a decisive success factor
- Key role within a leading and established Swiss IT service provider with a wide range of solutions and services based on modern technologies

- Completed studies with IT reference or a comparable qualification
- At least 10 years of professional experience and proven success in leading ERP implementation projects, especially with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Demonstrated process knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or alternatively experience in leading ERP projects
- Deep understanding of project management methods and tools
- Enjoyment of new technologies and willingness for continuous learning
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and understand technical solutions
- Team player with excellent communication skills and confident presentation skills
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
