ERP System Specialist
Department of Civil Engineering | 80-100% | Chur
The Department of Civil Engineering is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance, and operation of the cantonal roads as well as water engineering and slow traffic in Graubünden. We also take care of the operational maintenance of the national roads within the canton. The canton’s road infrastructure includes over 1,450 engineering structures, including bridges at dizzying heights up to 90 meters and tunnels up to 3 kilometers long. The challenges posed by the nature of our mountainous canton in summer and winter make our work demanding and diverse. We are looking for the IT section from October 1, 2025 or by arrangement for an ERP System Specialist for Microsoft Navision (NAV)
Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring the functionality and further development of the TBA ERP system «Microsoft Navision» (NAV)
- Application responsibility for the entire NAV system
- NAV module responsibility «Time/Performance recording»
- Recording and management of master data
- Independent management of projects (entire system and modules)
- Contact person for the respective NAV module managers
- Creation and management of Jet Reports
- Ensuring compliance with overarching security and quality requirements
- Support of IT support
What we expect from you
- Education as a business informatics specialist FH or equivalent
- Further training in project management (IPMA, Hermes, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in the specialist and task area, preferably in the service sector or public administration
- Ecological, economic, analytical, and networked thinking
- Quick comprehension, independent and precise working style
- Confidentiality and sense of responsibility
- High customer-oriented behavior
- Initiative, teamwork, and communication skills
- Italian and/or Romansh language skills are desired
