Your tasks
- Consultation of builders, project authors, or authority members on building and planning law matters
- Assuming the deputy function of the head of department
- Administrative processing of building applications and preliminary decision applications
- Monitoring of conditions and preparation of follow-up decisions
- Taking over enforcement work in the building permit procedure
- Assistance and support in planning processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training or comparable education, preferably in a municipal administration
- CAS public planning and construction or equivalent training or willingness to obtain it
- Experience in Zurich planning and building law as well as in building permit procedures
- Open-minded and service-oriented personality
- Independent, punctual, and structured way of working
- Fluent and audience-appropriate formulation in German (spoken and written)
