To complete the teams of the Pediatric Institute of Italian Switzerland at the Beata Vergine Hospital in Mendrisio and the Civic Hospital of Lugano, we are looking for a:
Medical Practice Assistants (50%-70%)
Profile:
The candidate we are looking for will work closely with the doctor and, together with the team of medical practice assistants, will handle the practical and administrative management of the pediatric outpatient clinic.
The person we are looking for holds the federal certificate of capacity as a medical practice assistant and has at least two years of experience in the healthcare field; furthermore, they must possess:
- technical skills for performing cardiological exams (ECG, Cycle Ergometry, Holter, and BP)
- technical skills in procedures for minor dressings and vital parameter collection
- technical skills in performing blood draws and injections.
The person we seek is willing to work flexibly between the Mendrisio and Lugano locations, and experience in pediatric settings will be considered a plus.
