Tasks
- Maintenance of building technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary systems, etc.)
- Planning, organizing, and carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
- General maintenance, renovation, and refurbishment work on buildings and facilities
- Fault management (analysis, troubleshooting, repair, coordination with external partners)
- Supervision and monitoring of external service providers
- Support of building automation and control systems
Profile
- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence in building technology (HVAC)
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Good PC skills (MS Office, CAFM advantageous)
- Driver's license category B
- Willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
