Your contribution to the company
- Advice and assistance to clients, mainly by phone or at reception when they visit the agency
- Assistance to insurance advisors (pension and asset management area) in scheduling appointments, preparing advice, and following up on client files.
- Drafting insurance offers and proposals
- Ongoing support to the agency's advisory teams for all administrative matters
- Frequent exchanges with the various departments of AXA's regional headquarters for all administrative issues
- General correspondence and administrative tasks of the agency related to the internal service

Your skills and talents
- You have professional experience in administrative activities and hold the AFA, with good knowledge of the Pension insurance field
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in interacting with others. You seek solutions for each of your interlocutors and know how to adapt to any situation
- In addition to administrative activities, sales and advice genuinely interest you
- With a positive and dynamic temperament, you are reliable and able to handle stress while remaining effective in all circumstances
- Versatility and flexibility go hand in hand with your team spirit
- You master French both orally and in writing; any other language is an additional asset
- Your place of residence must necessarily be in the Yverdon region
- You are comfortable with common computer systems as well as learning new digital tools
