Head of Internal Audit
In this role, you bear overall responsibility for the group-wide internal audit. You develop a risk-oriented multi-year plan, ensure regulatory requirements as well as the Global Internal Audit Standards are met, and report appropriately to the recipients. As a sparring partner for senior management bodies, executive boards, and external audit, you combine independence with pragmatic solution orientation. At the same time, you further develop continuous auditing, data analytics, as well as the audit of IT, cloud, and AI risks. You have a convincing track record as a
leadership personality in internal or external audit
and bring many years of audit and leadership experience in the financial sector. You hold a university degree in business administration or a related field as well as a qualification as a certified public accountant or CIA. Sound knowledge of Swiss banking law and FINMA requirements is just as important as experience with IT infrastructures and cloud solutions. Know-how in data analytics and AI governance is an advantage. In addition to German as your mother tongue, very good English skills are required. French and Italian are advantageous.
Analytical strength, strategic foresight, diplomatic skill, assertiveness, and professional scepticism complete your profile. The position offers scope for shaping, direct exchange with the highest bodies, and the opportunity to sustainably strengthen the resilience and future viability of the bank.
