Your Area of Responsibility

• Ensuring timely procurement of assigned mechanical, electrical, and electronic product groups
• Operational order processing including demand verification, ordering, delivery calls, deadline tracking, and escalation
• Monitoring critical materials in close coordination with production, logistics, and development
• Operational control and communication with national and international suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with agreed prices as well as support in cost and inventory management
• Maintenance and updating of purchasing-relevant data in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces to solve operational problems
• Participation in process improvements as well as in complaint and quality management

Your Advantages

• Completed commercial or technical training; alternatively studies with a focus on purchasing, logistics, business administration, or technology
• At least 2–4 years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally in mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, or electrical engineering
• Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar)
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, parts lists, and electrical/mechanical components
