Polisher / Finisher in Watchmaking Finishing

Prepare surfaces on 3 and 5 axis CNC machines

Perform complete finishing on 5 axis CNC machines: polishing, brightening, and felt preparation

Perform complete finishing on conventional machines: polishing, brightening, and felt preparation

Carry out dimensional and aesthetic checks of components

Define and carry out polishing sequences

Participate in the design of tooling and specific fixtures

Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing manufacturing methods and tooling realization

Perform production stamping and monitor daily production indicators

Ideal profile:

Training as a polisher or finisher in watchmaking finishing or equivalent training
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Good dexterity and autonomy
Dynamic, organized, versatile person with a good team spirit
