For the entire Graubünden region we are looking by arrangement for additional reinforcement for a real estate expert with 100% valuation competence

Your Areas of Responsibility

• Conducting professional real estate valuations and sound value analyses with a focus on owner-occupied residential property

• Acquisition of new sales mandates

• Marketing of services as well as cross-selling

• Consultations on the subject of property ownership

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in real estate consulting, valuation or marketing (no career changers)

• Sound specialised training or further education, for example:

  • Professional certificate in the real estate industry

  • CAS Real Estate Valuation

  • Business economist training with a focus on real estate

  • Training in finance related to the real estate industry

  • Comparable qualification

• Experience in handling hedonic valuation tools such as Wüest Partner or IAZI

• Strong advisory, acquisition and closing skills

• Communicative, well-organised and entrepreneurial personality

• Reliable, independent and service-oriented working style

• Languages: German (French and English advantageous)

• Willingness to travel regularly within the region

• Driving licence category B, own car necessary
