Restaurant Specialist EFZ
60% from Monday to Friday

The gastronomy of the Bühler Foundation is committed to ensuring that young people with intellectual disabilities or learning disabilities achieve a good vocational qualification, so that they can lead as self-determined a life as possible, integrate professionally and socially, and participate in society.
We are looking for people who are passionate about their work, enjoy working in a team, and are willing to share their expertise with the trainees. Your tasks
- As a passionate host/hostess, you enjoy meeting the needs of our guests in the staff restaurant and place value on a warm welcome as well as professional and charming service
- Training and promoting our trainees including assessments
- Assisting in the organization, planning, and execution of events, even on weekends
- Collaboration, meetings, and sessions with external and internal specialists and subsystems
- Adhering to hygiene regulations and the HACCP concept
Your qualifications
- Training as a restaurant specialist or equivalent training such as system gastronomy specialist
- Joy in the profession and gastronomy
- Several years of professional experience is an advantage
- Interest in educational fields
- Resilience, flexibility, methodological skill, assertiveness, joy in improvisation, good skills in administration/organization
- Very good German language skills
