- You are responsible for completing a wide range of tasks with administrative, individual activities with clearly defined and documented, partly also to be developed processes
- You handle inquiries and rebookings from case managers regarding withholding tax, communicate and clarify with the case managers as well as the tax authorities, and take over the dispatch of withholding tax statements to the cantonal tax authorities
- You use the scope for design to take on further administrative tasks in coordination with the team, such as the allocation of cost approvals
- You take responsibility for individual areas of the team, optimize and actively shape your working environment
- You proactively ensure a cooperative collaboration with various internal interfaces and their employees
- You actively contribute to team development

Your Skills and Talents
- You have a commercial basic education or a medical basic education with office experience
- You are already a knowledge carrier on the topic of withholding tax or are willing to become one and have a flair for numbers
- You are reliable, curious, a team player, independent, helpful, and open to new things
- You think solution-oriented and structured, have a quick grasp, are energetic, and act calmly and thoughtfully in hectic situations
- You skillfully use the common O365 applications, have confident German and French language skills in spoken and written form
