• In this diverse and varied position, you will take on a wide range of administrative and professional tasks.
• A central focus of your activity is the seamless management of our official activities in the area of food and chemical control – from data entry to invoicing.
• You support us with various specialist tasks, for example in the preparation of investigation reports or export certificates.
• As the first friendly contact person, you represent our office both on the phone and at the counter and ensure good accessibility.
• You work closely and cooperatively with three other team colleagues.

• You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or a comparable qualification and bring professional experience.
• A precise, efficient, and service-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you.
• You have very good IT skills (MS Office, SAP is an advantage or willingness to learn) and are proficient in German, both spoken and written. 
• Your friendly manner, commitment, and sense of humor are especially appreciated – even in hectic situations.
