In our Controlling Functions team, we prepare the facts for the value-oriented management of the cost base of Zürcher Kantonalbank and act as business partners for stakeholders at all management levels. We are looking for a personality to strengthen our team. Are you fascinated by costs and cost drivers? Does your heart beat faster when you track deviations and optimization opportunities? Then we are looking for you.
Your tasks
- Sparring partner for managers from various areas and management levels
- Action-oriented commenting/evaluation of cost development
- Cause-oriented analyses including definition of concrete recommendations for action
- Optimization of the quality and effectiveness of the data basis and reports/dashboards including their creation processes
- Participation in the monthly preparation and quality assurance of the data basis and reports/dashboards
- Central interface function to several specialist departments
Your profile
- Business administration education (university / university of applied sciences / certified controlling) or equivalent further training
- Several years of professional experience in controlling with a focus on costs in an analysis and business partnering role including design of concepts/instruments
- High level of enthusiasm and interest combined with very good analytical skills and excellent judgment
- Independence, quality awareness and interest in challenges
- Effective collaboration and communication (German spoken and written) with stakeholders from various areas and hierarchy levels
- Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Tableau, further system knowledge is an advantage
