Your tasks
- Leading the tax office with 10 employees, including two directly subordinate team leaders
- Responsibility for the assessment of natural persons and the collection of taxes
- Advising the property tax commission and processing property tax cases
- Contact person for citizens, companies, and cantonal authorities
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent education
- Experience in the tax field, including cantonal assessment competence and SSK-1 certification
- Leadership experience, high social competence, and teamwork skills
- Interest in tax law and (business) legal fundamentals
- Independent, meticulous working style and organizational talent
- Very good oral and written communication skills
