About the job
We are looking for Hôpital d'Aubonne a:
Nurse (M/F) in CTR at 80%
To strengthen our Unit 4 from June 1st or to be agreed.
You will join a dynamic and supportive team, composed of about thirty caregivers.

YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor HES in nursing or a level 2 nurse diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
- First experience acquired in a medical, geriatric or rehabilitation service is an asset.
- Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate), flexibility and proactivity.
- Ability to work continuous 12-hour shifts alternating days and nights.
- Ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
- Listening skills and ease in interpersonal relations.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you in accordance with institutional values
- Systematically identify the needs and resources of the patient
- Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project
- Work in interprofessionality with the aim of quality care and respecting a holistic approach to the patient
- Collaborate with all stakeholders for continuous improvement of practices and good organization of the service
