Start of work: As of September 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Tasks as financial assistant for selected organizational units:
- Support and advise area managers on financial matters and prepare the budget in collaboration with them
- Processing and coding of creditor invoices
- Analysis of quarterly financial statements and ongoing project and cost control
- Support in personnel deployment planning
Tasks in the department's finance and HR support:
- Monitoring working time and performance recording of scientific staff
- Invoice creation and project administration in SAP
- Role as key user and first-level support in various applications
We are looking for a person with a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in administration as well as experience and knowledge in finance. You have outstanding organizational talent and enjoy working carefully and with different stakeholders. Enjoyment of IT systems and good knowledge of common office applications (especially Excel) are essential. You are an independent and customer-oriented person with common sense and a great sense of humor, who likes to further develop existing processes and remains calm and clear-headed even in hectic times. Networked thinking, interest in conceptual work, and communication in a complex environment complete your profile.
