Polymechanic – Versatile and varied activities with responsibility – great permanent position
Activities
- Lead, instruct, support "Mechanics" staff
- Monitor team production orders and set priorities in consultation with the production manager
- Efficient and precise completion of production orders
- Operational work on more complex orders with CNC support
- Processing center Heidenhain / lathe - Manual Plus)
- CAD system Solidworks
- Maintenance and cleanliness of the machine park and workshop
- Perform service/repair work on hydraulic construction machinery attachments
- Apprentice supervision including recruitment of new trainees
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
- Experience in apprentice supervision
- Experience with construction machinery / construction
- Enjoy working independently
- Good team player
- You possess planning skills
- Your native language is German
- Good physical condition
- Driver's license (category B and possibly BE)
- Age between 25-55
