Project Manager Building Services
From January 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement in our team.
Your tasks include:
- You develop replacement concepts and variant comparisons for building services systems
- Using energy and condition analyses, you determine renovation strategies and assist our clients with investment decisions
- You work on the planning of HVAC replacement measures
- Thanks to your support in technical quality assurance, you help building services projects succeed
- For this, you can rely on our interdisciplinary team of experts in sustainability, building physics/acoustics, building simulation, and energetic operational optimization (eBO)
We are looking for a committed professional with a degree in building or energy technology (HF or FH), who convinces with solid energetic and thermodynamic process understanding. If you enjoy developing and successfully implementing sustainable replacement concepts, you are exactly right with us.
Ideally, you already have experience in planning building services systems and are familiar with relevant standards. Your oral and written communication skills in German are at a high level, enabling you to convey complex topics confidently and clearly.
