Your Tasks
- You care for sick infants and premature babies in a three-shift system.
- You appreciate the challenge of dealing with complex and rapidly changing situations and master them with professional skill.
- The integration of parents is very important to us. Therefore, advising and supporting relatives is at the center of our work.
- You are co-responsible for maintaining and optimizing the quality of care and for the training of students from higher vocational schools/universities of applied sciences and apprentices FaGe.
- Taking over shift management according to internal standards.
Your Profile
- You have a diploma as a certified nurse and preferably experience in pediatrics or neonatology.
- For this position, we are looking for a dynamic team player to complement our multiprofessional team.
- You are a committed, open-minded personality and see changing situations and interdisciplinary collaboration as an interesting challenge.
