The biz Oerlikon is a cantonal competence center for career, study, and career path counseling.
To strengthen the secretariat team at biz Oerlikon, we are looking for a reception and administration employee (40%) starting June 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your tasks:
In this hub function, you will perform various secretarial tasks, schedule counseling appointments, and assist customers at the front desk. Together with your team colleagues, you are the first point of contact for our clients and counselors. Co-managing the reception and telephone switchboard completes the profile.
Your qualifications:
Are you interested in career counseling and motivated to take care of the concerns of our diverse clients? We are looking for a person with a completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) who necessarily has experience in reception and direct customer contact. Only applications that meet these minimum requirements can be considered. As a secretarial and administrative professional, you are always well organized, flexible, reliable, and resilient. We place great value on good manners as well as a service-oriented, independent working style. You have excellent German and IT skills. It is an advantage if you are familiar with the Swiss education system or vocational training.
