As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Overall coordination and monitoring of the assortment: newspapers, magazines, tobacco products, postcards, hotel supplies, consignment goods
- Management of orders, returns, and incoming goods inspection including verification of incoming invoices
- Planning and organization of product presentation as well as ensuring optimal shelf and stock replenishment
- Administration and control of vouchers of all kinds, including cinema vouchers
- Responsibility for correct invoicing, billing, and cash deposits
- Leadership, scheduling, and motivation of the sales team
- Analysis of sales figures and implementation of sales-promoting measures
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in upscale hospitality or high-quality retail
- Strong communication skills, confident appearance, and excellent manners
- Well-groomed appearance as well as a keen sense of style and product presentation
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high degree of initiative
- Customer orientation and sales competence with the aim of creating an exclusive shopping experience
