The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 facilities and slopes at 3300m altitude. During the peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff members.
TV - Digital Coordinator 80% - 100%
To replace the current position holder, we are looking for:
Your tasks:
- Design and lead the group's digital strategy in collaboration with management and internal teams.
- Develop and manage digital tools: websites, e-commerce, CRM, interactive screens.
- Launch and support digital projects to strengthen the department's performance.
- Effectively promote products across all sales channels.
- Analyze user behavior and propose optimizations (SEO, CRO).
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, Display) to achieve set objectives.
- Automate CRM to improve the customer journey and optimize newsletter effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the communication department to develop social networks and internal tools.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and translate them into operational recommendations.
- Collect customer feedback through satisfaction surveys and propose improvements.
- Keep up to date with new technologies and suggest innovative ideas.
- Provide occasional support to other departments when necessary.
Your profile:
- Degree in digital marketing (or equivalent) and strong interest in the Swiss tourism sector and activities related to ski lifts.
- Proficiency with digital tools: headless CMS (Pimcore is an asset), CRM (Salesforce Service & Marketing Cloud or equivalent), as well as GA4, Google Ads, and Hotjar.
- Ability to work in a team while being autonomous, organized, and methodical.
- Good knowledge of modern digital tools, with an analytical mindset to understand complex interactions between systems.
- Languages: native French, English level C1. Knowledge of German is an additional asset.
