At our seven locations in Liechtenstein, over 580 employees and

60 trainees ensure the well-being of our residents.

Our IT department is responsible for around 700 users of LAK and affiliated partner

institutions, 70 servers, and 350 clients. These are distributed across various

locations in Liechtenstein. All applications run in a Citrix environment,

which is hosted in Vaduz.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an

IT Support & Modern Workplace Engineer (m/f) immediately or by agreement

Workload: 80 – 100 %

Your main responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd level support for all employees
• Implementation, operation, and further development of modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365 and Intune
• Operation and further development of the thin client infrastructure
• Optimization of commissioning, update, and patch management processes
• Automation of recurring tasks and processes
• Maintenance of the hardware inventory as well as updating operating manuals and user documentation
• Active participation in shaping and standardizing the digital workplace environment

What you bring to this position

• Completed training in the IT field
• Several years of professional IT experience is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage
• Interest in new technologies and willingness for continuous learning
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high service orientation
