Do you want to take responsibility, lead a team, and at the same time make a real contribution to people with support needs? Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for you from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
This is what you can achieve
- You are responsible as part of a professional team for the care of about 20 people with intensive support needs.
- You enable them to participate in relationship care, in the studio operation, and in the daycare center (day service).
- You actively promote them in implementing their personal goals according to our educational attitude.
- Support with nursing services as well as in practical life areas.
- As a contact person, you take over communication and cooperation with various target groups.
This is what you bring with you
- A completed education as a Specialist in Care EFZ, Specialist in Health EFZ, or an equivalent qualification.
- You have experience in an environment with intensive support needs for people with physical, cognitive, and psychological impairments.
- You enjoy working with people in demanding support situations, like to take responsibility, and consider teamwork an important success factor for your work.
- You are flexible, reliable, and resilient and bring an open, communicative attitude.
- You have MS Office user skills.
