The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Nursing Center in Effretikon offers a home to around 169 people in the third and fourth phases of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern center with an acute and transitional station and an external living group offers space for different living arrangements and various specialized nursing and care services. In total, we employ around 270 staff members.

In this exciting job, you can expect
- Direct clinical activity, advisory and guidance function in the nursing teams
- Close collaboration with the ward managers
- Preparation and conduct of nursing case discussions
- Participation in the nursing expert team and close cooperation with the lead nursing expert APN
- Co-design of quality development in the nursing and care process
- Participation/leadership of interprofessional and professional topic, specialist, and working groups
- Active participation in the implementation of overarching concepts/strategies
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday
What you bring with you
- Completed MSc Nursing degree or on the way to it
- Two years of professional experience in the role of APN is an advantage
- Experience, interest, and expertise in geriatric or gerontopsychiatric nursing desired
- High professional and social competence, resilience, and sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent, independence, initiative, commitment, and sense of responsibility
- RAI-LTCF knowledge is an advantage
