Key Account Manager Energy - 100%
Your challenge:
- Acquisition and support of business customers in the electricity and gas sectors
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships (including energy supply companies)
- Cross-selling of additional services such as photovoltaics, e-mobility, and district heating
- Regional networking through active participation in committees, such as trade associations and federations, as well as participation in specialist events
- Nationwide market development in the electricity business – primarily through tenders, telephone, and cold calling
- Creation and implementation of sales plans and budgets, including controlling
- Maintenance and further development of the CRM system, creation of statistics and calculations
- Contract, offer, and pricing management as well as ensuring correct billing
- Close cooperation with energy procurement and participation in the development of new products
- Regional travel activity amounts to about 30% of working time.
You bring with you:
- Commercial or technical basic training with at least five years of sales experience in the B2B environment, ideally in the energy sector
- Business management training is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Digital affinity and enthusiasm for process development
- Open, communicative, and independent personality with a strong sense of responsibility and customer-oriented demeanor
- Negotiation skills, solution-oriented, analytical and conceptual thinking
- Very good organizational and communication skills as well as strong presentation skills
- Fluent German skills, English is an advantage
- Category B driving license
