We need you for the mobility transition and the development of charging infrastructure in Germany and Europe.

In the role of Process Manager (m/f/d), you support our Chief of Staff in analyzing, optimizing, and further developing existing business processes. You work closely with various departments to make workflows more efficient, establish standards, and actively accompany the implementation of new processes. You contribute your own ideas, structure complex topics, and ensure transparency in daily business. Your focus is on supporting the further development of the organization – with the goal of creating sustainable improvements that bring real added value.

YOUR MISSION

·          Support in the analysis and evaluation of existing processes regarding efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness

·          Collaboration in the design, modeling, and implementation of new workflows

·          Application of appropriate tools and methods for process documentation and control

·          Accompanying and monitoring ongoing processes to ensure high process quality

·          Identification of improvement potentials and active participation in their implementation

·          Close cooperation with internal interfaces to promote smooth workflows and clear responsibilities

·          Support in communication and introduction of process changes within the company

YOUR ENERGIZED PROFILE

·          Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification

·          Several years of experience in process management or in a supporting role in project or quality management

·          Knowledge in process analysis, modeling, and optimization

·          Understanding of change management and enthusiasm for implementing concrete measures

·          Analytical strength, structured working style, and solution-oriented thinking

·          Strong communication skills and team spirit to support and connect across departments
