Your tasks
- Professional, organizational and personnel management of 14 employees in emergency nursing
- Ensuring professional admission, initial assessment, care and support of emergency patients
- Close cooperation and continuous exchange of information with the medical service in the emergency department
- Ensuring correct and complete nursing documentation in the clinical information system as well as
- Operational work in emergency nursing
- Billing of the services provided
- Assistance in the training of NDS NF students
- Application of plaster casts defined as standard
- Member of the resuscitation team
Your profile
- You have completed training as an Expert in Emergency Nursing NDS HF
- You have already gained experience in a comparable position and have completed leadership training or are willing to complete one
- High empathy in dealing with employees, patients and their relatives as well as a strong customer orientation are a matter of course for you
- You are recognized for high motivation, resilience, reliable responsiveness and strong assertiveness
- You communicate orally and in writing in fluent German
