We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated personality at our location in Rüdtligen for the position of:
Operations Manager (m/f/d) 100%
Your main tasks:
- Management of the operation and overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the site (business management, employee leadership, customer responsibility, responsible for production, technology, logistics, strategic planning, and process optimization)
- Integrating new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Team development, promoting employee development, and ensuring internal communication exchange
- Budget responsibility, preparation and adherence to budgets, and management of CAPEX projects
- Process optimization, introduction and continuous improvement of processes, and responsible for process creation
- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations and standards
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration or technical field (engineering, logistics) or equivalent education with further training in management (corporate management) and personnel management
- Experience in comparable leadership positions in the industry is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in leading and developing teams as well as managing complex operational processes
- Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets as well as in project management
- Strong process thinking and an affinity for continuous improvement and quality optimization, pronounced sense of responsibility for hygiene regulations and safety standards
- Entrepreneurial, communicative, assertive, well-organized, credible, and proactive leader personality who can properly select, lead, highlight, and support their employees
