Your area of impact

Acquisition, selection, consulting, and support of private clients
Consistent and efficient management of projects as well as coordination of all parties involved in the entire individual sales process
Goal-oriented and competent consulting and support of the clients throughout the entire process until the contract is signed
Initiation, planning, and co-organization of events for order and client acquisition
Maintenance and expansion of the network with clients and relevant decision-makers

Your profile

A completed education and solid professional experience in project management, e.g., as a construction manager, architect, engineer, or in the field of civil engineering
Experience in the acquisition of construction projects as well as in the search and assessment of projects in the Swiss market
Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a confident demeanor with the necessary assertiveness
High team ability, initiative, and flexibility
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and developing sustainable, future-oriented solutions
