- Planning and realization of projects in the event sector
- Ensuring optimal personnel deployment planning
- Handling administrative tasks such as responding to inquiries, writing reports, or maintaining statistics
- Supporting other team members with their projects
This is what sets you apart
- Completed commercial basic training with further education (e.g., in event management, project management)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in event and project management
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Responsible, independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Organizational talent with convincing presentation skills
- Team player as well as service-oriented, communicative, and committed personality
- Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work weekends during events
- Confident German, French, and Italian language skills, both spoken and written
