With your reliable and responsible nature, you ensure the successful organization and smooth running of the work shift in the restaurant – even during busy times. You value the exchange with your colleagues and promote teamwork among each other. You lead your team competently and motivate the crew in their daily work by showing great commitment yourself. You bring the following qualifications:

• Very good German skills, spoken and written


• IT affinity


• Completed EFZ (gastronomy or other)


• Or Matura (also as a gap year before university)

Responsibilities

As a shift supervisor, you are the hub between our guests, your colleagues, and the management team. Your tasks include:
• the successful organization and leadership of an entire work shift;
• ensuring a safe environment for our guests and employees;
• compliance with our high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene in daily restaurant operations.
• supporting the restaurant team even in hectic situations: in the kitchen, behind the counter, or in the restaurant – wherever you are needed most.
