Industrial Engineer or related
- RESPONSABILITIES
- Ensure purchases of direct and indirect materials for the company.
- Savings in purchasing management.
- Delivery of raw material or components on time to meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Materials and reorder point planning
- Supplier evaluation
- Purchase order processing and tracking
- Attention and follow-up on issues related to purchases and suppliers (payments, approvals, rejections, etc.).
- TASKS
- Direct contact with suppliers.
- Perform activities to buy direct and non-productive material tooling,
- Perform market analysis and follow RFQ processes.
- Evaluate, assess and select suppliers according OR process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers according needs.
- Search for costs reduction and different saving programs.
- Create and follow up delivery of purchase orders.
- Review general contracts and service agreements.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of Master Data of supply chain in navision.
- Analyze material planning requirements on weekly basis.
- Follow core processes and work instructions
- Support inventory management strategy for Raw Material and Semi Finish products through accurate planning.
- Participate with engineering in technical changes to procurement of materials.
- Handle supply changes for new products introduction or transfers.
- Support Supply Chain Management projects implementation.
