Your Tasks

- Attend to guests – From reception to farewell including order taking
- Ensure guest satisfaction – Attentive care and forwarding of guest complaints
- Take over banquet service – Participation in events including preparation and follow-up
- Surprise and delight – Positively surprise guests with extra services
- Develop quality – Continuous improvement of the department's service
Your Profile
You bring experience and enthusiasm and represent Italian cuisine as passionately as 5-star hospitality.
- Training – Completed training as a restaurant specialist is an advantage
- Professional experience – Several years of practice in upscale gastronomy
- Enthusiasm – Joy in 5-star hospitality and interest in Italian cuisine
- Host qualities – Team player and host through and through
- Language skills – Good German and English skills, spoken and written
