Join a dynamic team in a multidisciplinary operating room at the cutting edge of technology!
The Ambulatory Surgery Center (CCA) is recruiting two instrumentalists (IDDO or TSO) at an activity rate of 60% to 100%, for a fixed-term contract from November 1 to February 28, 2025.
The CCA includes 7 modern operating rooms, open Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., in a structured and efficient environment.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a reference role in care, research, and training.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center (CCA) provides multidisciplinary interventions in an organized, stable, and innovative environment, offering health professionals optimal working conditions for quality care.
Mission
- You collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to care for operated patients, ensuring quality reception and support
- You perform instrumentation and circulating activities
- You participate in the organization and logistics in the operating room
- You actively contribute to interprofessional communication and care coordination
- You are involved in quality management and professional development processes
- You apply hygiene and safety measures, taking into account the specific risks to patients and medical devices.
Profile
- You hold a diploma as an operating room nurse (IDDO) or a state diploma as an operating room nurse (IBODE) or a diploma as an operating room technician (TSO)
- For foreign diplomas, Swiss Red Cross recognition is mandatory
- You have a strong taste for interdisciplinary work and demonstrate a strong team spirit
- You possess good communication skills, effective stress management, and adaptability to a variable work pace
- You are organized, dynamic, and able to manage priorities rigorously.
Depending on the profile, the salary class will be between levels 8 and 10.
