After your onboarding, you will be responsible for the administrative process of recruitments. In this role, you play a key role in supporting the entire recruitment process, ensuring the smooth running of administrative and organizational steps and ensuring compliance with our internal instructions and regulations.
Your tasks are:
- Coordinate the opening of positions, in collaboration with the position validation managers
- Organize and lead kick-off meetings with managers to jointly define selection criteria
- Write and publish recruitment ads
- Review, sort, and preselect applications
- Participate in salary setting
- Manage all administrative procedures up to hiring
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- You speak perfect German and French, and Italian is an asset
- You have experience in HR support, administration, or project management in a large company, ideally in recruitment, and you have already evolved or wish to evolve in an agile environment
- You are organized, reliable, and able to manage a large volume of tasks
- You demonstrate a proactive attitude, with excellent communication skills and a good team spirit
