What you will achieve

• You bear the leadership and result responsibility for the locally well-established Altstätten branch and the subordinate branch in Oberriet. You implement the business strategy in the region through goal-oriented market development activities.
• You have overall responsibility for 28 employees and directly lead the business customer team in Altstätten with 5 employees.
• You manage your own business customer portfolio in the areas of financing, investing, and pension provision, offering your customers first-class advice and attentive support.
• Expanding existing as well as acquiring new customer relationships are also part of your duties.
• You actively participate in the economic and social life in the market area (public events, occasions, etc.) and represent the bank publicly.

What you bring

• You have a higher banking or business management qualification.
• You have many years of leadership experience and, thanks to your high social competence, you enjoy leading a dynamic team.
• You have several years of experience advising customers, especially from the business customer segment, as well as sound knowledge in financing, investment, and pension business.
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and shaping it, are strong in communication, think entrepreneurially, act independently, and distinguish yourself through your negotiation skills as well as your sales and closing strength.
• You bring good knowledge of regional and local market conditions and are correspondingly well connected.
