As a Relationship Manager, you are the central contact person for our game providers and casino operators. You ensure that partnerships are successfully and sustainably implemented and thus contribute decisively to the success of our start-up.
- Identification and onboarding of new game providers including contract negotiation and support of technical integration.
- Building, maintaining and further developing long-term partnerships with international casinos.
- Responsibility for the content release calendar and timely publication of new titles on all platforms (ReelLink and swisscasinos.ch).
- Close cooperation with the Managing Director as well as active incorporation of market and customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Conducting product trainings and demos for our customers and their teams.
- Support in positioning new games, including strategies for exclusive titles and promotions.
- Support in expansion: Care of casino operators with a focus on regulatory requirements and compliance to specifically prepare market entries.
- Market and trend observation in the iGaming sector and derivation of relevant recommendations for action.
- Completion of a vocational or university degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success or business development in the iGaming or tech environment.
- Experience in contract negotiations and contract management.
- High IT affinity.
- Very good English and German skills, Spanish is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High passion or interest in the casino industry
- High flexibility and willingness to take on diverse tasks in a start-up environment and support the Managing Director.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
