The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. Care and Nursing Specialist (FaGe, FA SRK, HF, DNI) 40 – 80 %
We are looking for a warm personality from May 1 or by arrangement who joyfully accompanies and supports elderly people in a family environment as
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You care for and nurse our residents holistically with empathy, patience, and genuine appreciation for elderly people.
- You carry out nursing and care measures professionally and support the residents in daily life activities.
- You take on daily responsibility, make independent, well-founded decisions in everyday nursing, and look beyond the obvious.
- You observe changes in health status, pass on relevant information, and carefully document in the nursing process.
- You maintain close communication and work trustfully with all involved professional groups.
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist, FA SRK, or certified nurse (DN I / HF) or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland.
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in long-term care – we especially address experienced specialists who like to take responsibility.
- Ideally, you have experience using RAI LTCF and are confident in handling the nursing documentation ePDoc.
- You are an independent, responsible, and team-oriented personality who enjoys a family work environment.
- You have good oral and written German skills.
