Job Description

Within the ERP team, you will bring your expertise in the following functions:

• Carrying out missions related to the business and IT management of our clients as part of their transformations;
• Managing a functional team and developing it on a project or a set of projects: coordinating activities and tasks of each member;
• Ensuring the quality, coherence, and compliance of deliverables with client requirements and needs in collaboration with all stakeholders;
• Monitoring projects, reporting any issues, and proposing solutions;
• Contributing to the development of employees' skills;
• Participating in commercial actions and pre-sales files;
• Developing your sectoral expertise applied to Oracle ERP (EBS and Cloud) and sharing it within our communities;
• Developing the Oracle ERP EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud offering.

Qualifications

• With higher education, you have solid experience of at least 5 years acquired on several Oracle ERP EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud implementation projects, or in a similar position.
• You have strong experience around the implementation of ERP EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud in one or more accounting/finance domains.

You have recognized expertise in several of the following areas:

• Finance: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, management control, fixed assets
• Supply: Management of technical data, Industrial planning (MPS, MRP, MRP II), Costing, Sourcing and Procurement, Inventory and warehouse management, Customer order management in PTO, CTO, ETO, Preparation and shipping flows, Integration of logistics flows with accounting…

Experience as a functional architect around ERP solutions would be a plus:

• Definition of business processes and flows to ensure system efficiency;
• Maintaining coherence between the different system components and compatibility with current and future standards and regulations;
• Verification of system flexibility and evolution capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all team members and project stakeholders;
• Ability to manage and motivate a team;
