As Head IT Client Channels, you take on a key role in the further development and modernization of our IT services for the hybrid channel strategy. Together with the business and your DevOps teams, you design innovative and future-oriented solutions in the development and maintenance of digital platforms (eBanking, ZKB Mobile Banking, Customer Identity Access Management, etc.). By integrating modern technologies and solutions such as cloud services, microservices architectures, and DevOps approaches, you ensure that the digital infrastructure of Zürcher Kantonalbank is stable, secure, and scalable. In doing so, you work closely with your stakeholders to optimally implement their requirements.

Your tasks

Taking overall responsibility for multiple teams and ensuring effective collaboration as well as the successful implementation of portfolio and departmental goals
Designing the IT landscape for our self-developed and integrated applications as well as driving the continuous renewal and optimization of development technologies and methodologies
Advising our stakeholders regarding IT requirements and ensuring optimal support of business processes
Responsibility for the operation and further development of our applications and technologies in the areas of Client Channels
Forward-looking and strategic planning of skills and competencies with a clear focus on the product and technology roadmap
Personnel, financial, and professional leadership of five team leaders and a department of around 100 employees

Your profile

Completed studies (Master's or equivalent) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education and several years of leadership experience in the financial industry
Deep IT knowledge as well as expertise in modern development technologies and methods, including software development for mobile devices
Several years of practical experience in the financial sector, preferably in the areas of Client Channels and digital banking solutions
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to convey complex issues clearly
Solution-oriented thinking and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
Agile mindset, high commitment, and a pronounced service orientation
