About the job
We are looking for an IT Application Manager from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement to participate in IT projects. As an all-rounder, you will be active at many interfaces within the company and work closely with various departments as well as our external IT service provider. You should have successfully completed your basic training and ideally bring work experience.
Your tasks
- Participation in projects for the further development and maintenance of the existing IT infrastructure, management of IT sub-projects
- Management of permissions, users, devices, and policies with Microsoft Azure
- Testing and introduction of new functionalities
- Further development of our LMS and participation in the creation of new e-learning programs
- 1st and 2nd level support of our IT infrastructure
- Automation of existing processes
- Creation and acceptance of project and ticket requirements
- Further development of our app portfolio
Your profile
- Completed computer science apprenticeship EFZ with professional experience or completed Matura with Bachelor and experience in the IT field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and administration in MS365
- A sense for good user experience
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP
- Experience with Windows/MacOS operating systems & cloud services
- Experience in project management and participation in IT projects and web applications
- Experience with process notations/business process modeling BPMN, UMS, EPK, etc.
- Very good communication skills, both oral and written
- High degree of initiative, teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
- Quick comprehension, independent, careful, and reliable working style
