Tasks
- Contact person for employees and managers regarding payroll and social insurance questions
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
- Performing control tasks according to IKS
- Independently handling special areas (family allowances, UVG management, working time model LAZ, etc.)
- Creating various reports and evaluations
- Participation in projects
- Assuming leadership and specialist responsibility within the scope of deputizing
Profile
- Completed training as a police officer (federal diploma) is an advantage
- Commercial basic training and further education in payroll and/or social insurance
- Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in payroll/social insurance are mandatory
- Proficient use of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Trustworthy, team-oriented, and discreet personality
- Independent and flexible working style
