Activities
- Organization, control, and supervision of the production process
- Leadership and coordination of the kitchen team
- Support and supervision of apprentice training in the responsible area
- Ensuring timely provision of materials and tools
- Active participation in production and support of the team in daily work
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter
- Ideally with further training in the carpentry trade
- Experience in kitchen construction
- Enjoyment in leading and motivating employees
- Organizational talent with a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Team player, independent, reliable, and flexible
